🌶️ 100 more bowls 🌶️
• Nov 6: 50 bowls added
• Nov 10: 50 more bowls
Sesame-forward soup with a little heat, topped with our niku-miso. $14.50 per bowl. Mix with any frozen ramen (6 or more per order).

Frozen Tan-Tan Men is back. We last sold it from October 2020 to August 2021, and now it returns to our online shop for one limited run of 200 bowls. Once they're sold, this run is over.

The recipe is essentially the same. Expect a rich, sesame-forward soup with a little heat, topped with our own niku-miso: minced pork cooked with chili bean paste, garlic and ginger, the same one we serve on the Spicy Taiwanese Mazesoba at our Toronto restaurant. Bok choy, green onion and thin chili threads finish the bowl.
From freezer to bowl in about 7 minutes
No water to add and no thawing. The noodles and toppings come frozen on a disc of soup, so the whole piece goes straight from the freezer into a saucepan. For stove and microwave steps, see How to Cook Frozen Ramen.
