It’s a really great bowl of ramen, but
The product is really good and I genuinely enjoy it.
Having said that, I find the noodles to be not as pliable as I’m used to in their fresh non-frozen state.
At first I thought it is because of a mistake I’ve made regarding the heating up time but the next one I tried, I’ve heated up a little more than needed but still the noodles felt more dense and less pliable than fresh noodles for my experience.

Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen
Great for postpartum meals
Ordered 2 of each ramen as part of our family’s postpartum meal situation. The noodles were easy to prepare which made for easy clean up as well.
The soup base was flavourful and the noodles stayed chewy.
Great to have on hand for lazy evenings when we want to eat well but too tired to cook. Price point is also reasonable considering the costs of eating out.

One of my favor store, their seafood pork broth so creamy n rich. Even though reheated the noodle still maintains Al Dente. The charsiu (Pork) are tender. Must try their spicy broth as well.
