Such a great idea and good price point. Love everything about it. Convenient, delicious! Great noodle texture and super yummy broth (not too salty, I can taste the creamy pork broth with a hint of sweetness from the shrimps I believe). Will buy again and stock up for winter!
The thick noodles absorb more creamy, umami-packed tonkotsu broth, making each slurp extra flavorful. The texture is chewier and gives a heartier mouthfeel.
Really impressed with Raijin’s frozen ramen! 🍜 The broth has a lot of flavour and tastes much closer to restaurant-quality ramen than most frozen options I’ve tried. The noodles have a great texture, and everything is really easy to prepare at home.
It’s a great option when you’re craving good ramen but don’t want to go out. Definitely worth trying, and I’ll be getting it again!

Just what I expected from ramen in a restaurant. Same taste too, nothing is cut short because it's frozen or cooked for home instead of restaurant consumption. Perfect for a quick at-home lunch when I want ramen.

They packaged the shipment very well, and everything was still rock frozen when it got to me, which is amazing. I personally love the yuzu shio and the hakata style tonkotsu flavours.

I ordered the frozen ramen and it was absolutely amazing! The taste was even better than many ramen houses I have tried in the GTA. It was flavorful, satisfying, and tasted very fresh. I would definitely order again and highly recommend it to anyone who loves ramen.
The texture of noodle is good
Was disappointed when opened the package, because the spicy ramen vacuum bag is leaking. And I only ordered one spicy ramen out of 9 this time. But very satisfy of the prompt reply from Ramen Raijin online.

Hakata style thick noodle ramen has a rich, creamy broth and thick, bouncy noodles. Always guaranteed to satisfy my ramen craving. More noodles may be needed for those with larger appetites as the noodle portion seems slightly less than the hakata style thin noodle ramen sold here.
