The broth was absolutely rich and delightful… full of flavor! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I think the noodle style you put in your Umami style Ramen was just overall a better texture noodle and I think if that was used in this Ramen it would take it to the next level of both flavour and texture.

Having a convenient and excellent value Ramen at hand in your freezer is fantastic and this frozen Ramen hits all the right notes. I love your Ramen. It’s some of the best I have had. This flavor however I find fishy and almost an ammonia flavor and smell.

Not good. Very bland and o ly one piece of meat. Used to be two I think.

I would order again, definitely. One problem I found is I would assume the ammonia smell is from the noodles (I have had eaten food like this before from chinese restos). It comes off really strong. If there is a way that you can use a different type that doesn’t have this smell then it would be perfect. Over all for frozen ramen it’s good.

The Tonkotsu flavours are just perfect for this dish. Love how we can satisfy our ramen cravings in a pinch with these frozen pucks which includes the noodle, broth and all the toppings. Haven’t had to go out for ramen in a few years when it tastes just as good at home.
