This one is my favourite, just the right amount of spiciness and deep umami flavours! The meat is tender and it is the only Ramen with some veg (corn, cabbage).

The heat from the spice elevates the regular tonkotsu ramen by a ton! It's also got a bit more toppings than the regular tonkotsu so it's definitely worth the extra few dollars of investment for even those who are not able to handle much heat. It's about as spicy as, or probably less than, the lowest spicy level just above no spicy at a regular Thai restaurant.
