Frozen ramen is a product that developed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a situation where we couldn't welcome customers to the restaurant and needed to pay salaries to our employees, we had to find a way to generate sales. If customers couldn't come to us, we would go to them. However, delivering a freshly cooked bowl of ramen to each individual was highly inefficient. We needed a way to transport a large quantity of ramen at once and visit multiple locations. Let's try freezing the ramen! And thus, frozen ramen was developed.

We held 100+ tastings before launch and kept refining after sales began.

As a result, customers have expressed delight in being able to enjoy restaurant-quality ramen at home. Now, various companies and restaurants sell frozen ramen. However, since our launch in May 2020, we are proud to be the first restaurants in Canada to develop and sell frozen ramen, having sold over one hundred thousand servings in the past three years.

Our goal is to bring ramen RAIJIN's Frozen Ramen to the world!

I thought that once the pandemic settled down, the demand for frozen ramen would diminish. However, that was not the case at all. In fact, frozen ramen has established itself as a distinct genre  within the ramen industry, serving as a high-quality instant ramen option. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our sales not only in Toronto but throughout the entire province of Ontario, and ultimately across Canada and even in the United States. Our goal is to bring ramen RAIJIN's Frozen Ramen to the world!
