Preparing the frozen ramen to eat was super easy. After removing the package, I just placed the frozen ramen into a small pot and I had delicious, creamy, rich ramen in a few minutes as if you were just eating at the restaurant. I preferred the thicker and more substantial noodles. I wished there was more than one piece of chashu pork slice. However the portion size was just perfect for me. I would definitely be getting more in the future!

our family prefer the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen with THICK Noodle.. it gives us the noodle texture that we like.. flavor as good

The product is really good and I genuinely enjoy it.
Having said that, I find the noodles to be not as pliable as I’m used to in their fresh non-frozen state.
At first I thought it is because of a mistake I’ve made regarding the heating up time but the next one I tried, I’ve heated up a little more than needed but still the noodles felt more dense and less pliable than fresh noodles for my experience.
I always like spicy tonkotsu ramen. This time I ordered it and it was even better than I remember! Very flavourful and the noodles are just right.

The shoyu broth is rich in flavor but not salty, just perfect.
My favourite ramen so far from the frozen ramen series because of it's extra deep flavours. Very rich, very creamy. We really enjoyed it!

The yuzu broth is refreshing but not quite my cup of tea. It’s light, the chicken is a bit too lean for me. I prefer the other stronger flavour broths.

One of my favor store, their seafood pork broth so creamy n rich. Even though reheated the noodle still maintains Al Dente. The charsiu (Pork) are tender. Must try their spicy broth as well.
The broth was surprisingly rich and flavorful. Despite being frozen, it retained a deep umami profile that was both savory and comforting. The consistency was perfect – not too thick, not too watery – making it a satisfying base for the noodles and toppings.

I'm usually a huge spicy ramen fan but this Ramen is just way too delicious. It heats up perfectly too!
